My passion is helping others — and I get to do this every day through Kinesiology, Lymphatic Massage, and Buccal Massage. I’ve always been fascinated by health and the incredible way the human body works, and I have a deep love for caring for others. With a background in beauty therapy and support work, i understand how important it is to nurture the mind-body connection on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
One of my biggest inspirations has been my child, who has severe food allergies and asthma. His journey became my driving force and opened my eyes to the power of natural healing. It led me down the path to study Kinesiology, where I found my true purpose.
During my course I learnt so much about myself and just what stress and trauma can do to our mind and bodies. I saw the benefits of kinesiology, and how acknowledging and shifting trauma and belief patterns can free us to be able to live a more fulfilling life.
After completing my Kinesiology training, my love for massage led me to Lymphatic massage, followed on by Buccal facial massage. They are all such nurturing and transformative treatments and together, these three modalities have become my magic trio, and brings me alot of joy watching my clients experience positive changes — glowing skin, better health, emotional release, and renewed energy — Harmony within Xx
